So to mark the beginning of the egg hunting season, we headed to Springhill
Where we found the Easter bunny....
..and picked up a few more chicks for the afternoon.
We bought our Cadbury's Egg Hunt forms and busily wrote our names on them...
Then we set off hunting....
...for Easter bonnets!
You had to write down the colour of the bonnet's ribbons to solve the final puzzle and win your prize.
Our search took us into the costume collection where we met some fine ladies...
It also took us up to the Old Mill
(we had to stop for a swing on the way)
Towards the end of the bonnet hunt, some little legs wee getting tired...
(But talk of boggies was enough to cheer her up)
Then it was back to reception to solve the puzzle and claim the prize...
The chocolate pick me up was enough to refuel Phoebe and she ran to meet the dinosaur in the adventure playground....
We knocked on the pixie's door, but no one was home :(
There was only a little time to gallop about on the wooden deer...
But there is always time to cuddle your puppy!
