So if you've been wondering how to host an amazing Spiderman party, let Shirley show you how....
First draw a giant Spiderman (with webs) for the wall.
Dress the birthday boy in appropriate clothing...
Then create a spider themed craft alley.
Stick up some arch enemies for the young superheros to defeat...
Teach the uninitiated how to shoot spiderwebs...
And you are ready to go!
Bea loved the "Spider craft" and "Web spinning" so much that we have come home with two spider webs!
Thankfully, nobody swung from webs attached to the ceiling...but there was a bit of a que for the bouncy slide.
We also played parachute games where Spiderman, Batman and Superman swapped places.
Then we ventured into the other hall, where Spidey's enemies were waiting to be defeated. In teams the budding superheros attacked.
In one version, they attacked with real webs.
OK...it was silly string.
Evie didn't check her nozzle and attacked me. I might not have looked like the green goblin to begin with but...
In the end of course, the bad guys were well and truly defeated!
Then it was time for party food.....
In case you failed to notice the buns....
Then a happy birthday song and a Spiderman cake....
...and we're all set for our party bags!
So I repeat if you've been wondering how to host a Spiderman party, let Shirley show you how....
